What is your turn around time?
Our typical turn time is 3-5 business days for most orders. Some things that could affect that is: shipping in hard to find blank goods, or waiting on payment to be completed. If ever there is a delay, we will notify you.
If you are ordering just 1 custom item, turn around time is normally 48 hours or less, after payment is made.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express – both Debit and Credit cards, Money Order, PayPal, Cash.
Most orders require the total payment to begin production and pre-press work. If you need to do half-down half on pickup, please let us know asap.

What items do you Dye with Dye Sublimation?
We do dye sublimation on polyester T Shirts, Tank Tops, Jerseys, Mouse Pads, Coasters, Signs, Awards and more.
Do you do “all-over“ shirt Sublimation?
No, at this time we cannot do “all-over” on t shirts. We can do “all-over” on some hand towels, but that is all. Market demand is low for the “all-over” t shirts, regular screen printed t shirts and decorated garments are still in high demand.

Q: What file format does my art need to be in?
A: Acceptable types are .psd .pdf .ai .eps .jpg .png .gif
Q: What size does my file need to be?
A: Filesize needs to be as detailed as possible, we can always reduce the size, but making an image larger may result in poor print quality. People creating images should use a canvas of 12"x12" @ 300dpi
Q: I don’t have artwork, can you guys make it for me?
A: Yes and No – We can do simple artwork such as simple designs, editing, adding text, etc. Any complicated artwork may need to be billed for @25/hr. Any conceptual art creation is done out of house by select artists, if you need their services we will connect you.
Do you do custom names and numbers on team jerseys?
Yes we do, please submit a quote form for an accurate price.
Can you print on hoods of hoodies?
Yes, we can – right side up or upside down, back or forehead design.
